PHP Programmer

I need to hire a solid PHP programmer as soon as possible. I'm looking for someone to help me with my web design business.

You will be responsible for helping me with specific PHP programming projects, and when I don't have that kind of work, I'll have you doing data entry.

I have a project I need done very quickly, so I'm going to hire on a full time Programmer who can complete the project show below.

Project Details:

I need an email order form built. It will have over 100 products and each product has different attributes. The end user needs to be able to put in quantities for each attribute and the form returns a price for that item, and then once they have entered in the amount for all items, it has a summary. Then when the end user submits the form, it confirms the data they provided, and when the continue it sends an email to an address we will specify.
