Full Time Position: Marketing Representative with Background in Construction Materials

With experience in selling GRP Pipes & Porcelain / Ceramic Modern Tiles or Any Construction Materials.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Objective is to establish a local presence for CerAsia in the Philippines.
Requirement is for a local sales staff to follow up with local clients on a daily basis under the supervision and direction of our Kuala Lumpur office. (Asiana Bridge & CerAsia team)
The local set up in Manila will not be involved in any warehousing, stocking etc…and the duty of the local set up is only to:
o Establish local connections with potential customers (developers, contractors,
consultant, architects etc…).
o Present CerAsia to the above
o Generate inquiries,
o Follow up on all inquiries and subsequently generate sales
Training for the local sales person will be provided in Malaysia for a period of 5 full days.
Samples and marketing material will be provided by Malaysia. A sales trip will be done from Malaysia every 3 month or as and when it is necessary.
All commercial offers will be issued directly from Malaysia and a margin of at least 3% will be reserved to the Manila office.
