We are Real Men Real Style and we’re looking for a fantastic thumbnail artist who can help take our YouTube videos to the next level! Our YouTube channel has over 2,000,000 subscribers and we're growing fast!

We want a self-motivated, driven and ambitious thumbnail artist to join our amazing team. We want someone with previous thumbnail creating experience and a good understanding of YouTube and why great thumbnails matter.

You should have your own computer, a high speed internet connection and comfortable with working remotely.

You will become our thumbnail expert - we want YOU to tell US what thumbnails we should use!
