We already have 7 team members in the Philippines and we are looking for our newest team-mate.

Work hours can be split to be half time during your morning and half during your early evening.

You must have a computer and quiet area to work, camera and audio so we can skype and discuss projects.

We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner and who knows how to be resourceful and efficient.

• 2+ years of Ruby experience
• Strong knowledge of API's, JavaScript, Linux shell, and SQL
• Strong Object Oriented Design Background
• Experience with Rails 4, Redis, Memcache, HTML5/CSS3/Javascript
• Experience assembling, maintaining, and scaling a full application stack in a UNIX environment
• Proficient in SQL/PostgreSQL
• Proficient with git
• Demonstrated ability with working in a geographically distributed development team environment
• Must have excellent problem solving skills and love technical challenges
• Must be self-motivated, and able to multi-task
• Must be able to take initiative to be productive and efficient
• Computer Science degree preferred but not necessary
• Proficient in English
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
