Broker Price Opinion Admin

Broker Price Opinion and/or rehab estimate for a property experience is a plus. Value Passport or ID is also a plus to get access to systems needed to complete the work.

Looking for someone to work part time pulling comparable properties and doing data analysis on them.

Must be organized and track properties previously valued and have the ability to pick them up and resubmit as needed. Properties must be submitted daily. We would like the properties ready to be submitted by 6AM Eastern Standard time, therefore the work hours would be during the day/evening for you.

We also need someone to complete and track Home Owners Association contacts for us and complete requested task as needed. You may need to log in during US hours for this to make calls as needed.

Should be approximately 3 hours a day.
