High quality writer in German

I am looking for a writer IN GERMAN that can write articles on different topics for me (think SEO, not journalism). The quality of your German needs to be outstanding. However, you do not need to be a professional copywriter. But you need to be able to write well and quickly.


You need to be self-directed and able to motivate yourself, being cut-off from the rest of the team and working on repetitive tasks.

For full-time, you are expected to produce 3 articles per day of 500 words each that are of a high enough quality to make it through the rigorous approval process.

You need to be highly organized and able to follow instructions closely.

You will work in an intercultural setting (with English-speaking Germans), and be willing to work out intercultural differences that will undoubtedly arise.

You need to be hardworking, as the work will never end and is quite fast-paced.

You need to be very organized and be able to churn out high-quality texts in short order.


The organizational stuff:

For full-time employment, you need to be available for 40h a week. Part-time is fine as well - the salary will be adjusted accordingly.

You need to have a quiet work area.

You need to be able to write invoices to us and be able to take care of taxes, social insurance, etc. on your end.

Payment will be at the end of the month via PayPal. Payment costs that may arise have to be taken care of on your end. You can only get paid once you have sent a proper invoice.

Ideally, but absolutely not required, you have additional skills in: high-quality writing in English or another major European language, graphic design, Word Press skills, etc.


What we can offer you:

No shift-work or night-work required; however, availability for occasional Skype calls is required (most likely in the evenings of local time)

35.000 PHP per month based on a 40h work week, 10 days paid vacation per year, no "13th month".

You can work from wherever and whenever you like, as long as the infrastructure is adequate and you get the job done.

You will be treated fairly (but also held to high standards).

You will get relevant training, in the form of close-feedback loops on your German writing. You need to be able to deal with very thorough reviews of your writing without getting upset (but your German writing skills will improve tremendously, if you can take it).


The process
If this position is of interest to you, please apply for it. A number of candidates will then receive two writing assignments to be finished within six hours (paid with 1500 PHP in total), followed by a Skype interview in German (video is a necessity). You will then get to work for a month on a trial basis (you will need to be able to properly invoice the trial month). If you do well, the position becomes permanent.
