UK E-Commerce Company - Require Experienced Customer Service VA and All-Rounder!

We are a UK based e-commerce company that is looking to outsource our Customer Service & Admin operations. We have been trading since 2010 and looking to expand. We sell branded sportswear clothing, fashion clothing, branded footwear and much more.

This is a long-term permanent, full-time position. We require someone loyal and experienced in customer service and great with office admin duties.

Pay will be PHP 22,000 per month with yearly review. We also offer 13th Month of Pay for people we employee.

Required Skills

- Must have at least 2 year of experience in dealing with Amazon (SellerCentral/Ebay customer email replies and dispute cases
- Experience with Linnworks will be a massive advantage
- Excellent & High level fluency in English (Reading, Writing and Speaking).
- Must have ability in Photoshop or similar photo editing software plus must have their own software
- Excellent typing skills
- Must be very organised
- Excellent product research and sourcing skills experience
- We are looking for someone with initiative to take control and sort out any customer issues. We are looking for the kind of person that if they are unsure on how to do something then they will figure out and educate themselves to find out.

THE JOB

* 40 Hours Per week (5 days per week)
* Monday to Friday but must be available for 10 minutes on Saturday, Sunday & public holidays to quickly reply to customer emails. Amazon require all emails to be responded to within 24 hours even on weekends.
* Wage 22,000/month (Plus 13th month of pay).
* Full-Time position
* Working Hours will be in line with our UK office hours 9am to 5pm UK GMT. Clocks move forward 1 hour during Summer time and 1 hour back in winter and therefore this should be observed.
* 30 mins break
* £50 voucher after successful 1 month trial to spend on our online store.

Job Duties

A typical day involves the following:

- Start off by responding to all customer emails, order/delivery queries, customer disputes, paypal cases etc.
- Creating multi-product images by combining several images into one picture using photo editing software
- During this time we will ask for certain ad-hoc admin duties to be completed by you
- Check any recent emails that may come through every hour
- Researching product listings on Amazon and adding our own items for sale
- Research for products to source and sell using pre-set rules. We will provide training.

So in a nut shell this isn't difficult work but we require someone with a professional attitude, excellent communication, always available and always willing to learn!
