• I help businesses with their websites, social media profiles and Search Engine Optimization
• I have been starting companies for 10 years
• I move very fast & expect the people I work with to be the same way
• I am very loyal to my employees & treat them with respect
• I give bonuses for doing a good job (If I make money you should be rewarded for that)
• I own an American (U.S.) Company located in Miami, Florida (home of Lebron James and the Miami Heat!)


ABOUT THE POSITION:
• Lots of researching and Writing articles to post to our sites
• Handle Social Media Postings
• Posting articles to Wordpress
• Create sales emails & send them to prospects
• Do online research
• Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week
• You cannot have a 2nd job!

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay daily for 1st week, then on a weekly basis after 1st week
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal days which can be used as a sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
