web developer with affiliate marketing CPA/CPL experince

I am looking for Web developer with hosting experience.Must me able to rip pages edit and host them on the server.
Must have experience using sitesucker/HTtrack to rippages, use Sublimetext or any editing platform for editing text. Must have experience using Filezilla to host the webpages.
Also should have experience editing banners, landers and webpages and edit affiliate links.
Must also be helpful in advertising and posting ads on the platform
