Someone to duplicate a site using pre-existing code

Need someone to duplicate current site to be as close as possible in look & feel. Currently have original site that is fully customizable, however is unable to integrate into POS system for inventory tracking. Lightspeed has an online store completely integrated to is POS that will allow 100% control of inventory. But their web store templates have very little functionality unless someone can write code. I cannot. So, I am trying to find someone that can.
