graphic designers

Hi there!

I'm Alex from Germany and I am looking for graphic designers that create high-value shirt designs for me that will be used for commercial purposes.

What I need you for:
- High quality graphics, drawings & text designs to print them on T-Shirts. Graphics do not need to be too complex, important for me is a clean, valuable and minimalist design.

- The number of requested designs per week can vary between 10 and 25. You should be able to manage this workload.

- The design you create for me is solely for my purposes, you may not sell it to other persons than me and it may not be found on the internet. After you submit the designs to me, the copyright of the design belongs to me. I reserve the right for myself to reject a design if it does not meet my expectations or if your design/text violates a trademark.

- Payment only with PayPal ( Weekly / Monthly) based on your preferences

- I require an invoice each month

Your profile Must Haves:
- At least basic english skills to enable a simple & efficient communication
- High motivation to deliver quality designs on a frequent basis
- High reliability & Accessibility on Skype
- Skills in graphics design and related software
- Basic copyright knowledge to avoid violation of trademarks / registered logos and brands (I check each design on tmhunt.com, trademark violations will not be paid)
- You enjoy bringing in your own ideas and you are creative!


My offer:
- 2$ per accepted design at start, if your designs sell well prospectively, you get more Money!
- A solid business relationship with punctual and reliable payments if you deliver good work.
- Creative freedom for your designs
