T-Shirt Designer

I'm seeking a T-Shirt Designer for creating merch for spreadshirt and merch by amazon.

Requested skills/qualities are creativity, reliability, good skills in photoshop or illustrater and english language. Furhermore, the ability to draw your own vectors (rather than just pick them up at pixabay or so) is needed.

At the moment I need about 10-20 Designs per Week. The payment will range from 2$ to 4$ per design depending on the actual complexity of the requested design and the quality.
The first Designs will serve for the application process and will be paid with 2$ each. I will give you the details after application.
