Looking for Landing Page / Advertorial Designer

Looking for someone with experience in designing landing pages / advertorials for direct response campaigns. These will be for e-commerce products as well as lead generation campaigns. Experience is a major plus as we need design to be based around conversions and you should be familiar with what works, what we should maybe test, etc.
