JOB OVERVIEW

This role is a combination of admin and customer facing work. The role requires someone with attention to detail, reliable and trustworthy as well as ability to be flexible.

Must have's:-

1. Experience and knowledge on operations of Serviced Accommodation (please do not apply if you do not have this)
2. Excellent Communication Skills
3. Very well spoken and written English
4. Ability to communicate with customers via telephone and email
5. Knowledge of using a channel manager - if so state which one you have experience in using and how long
6. Experience of working with the OTA's and listings
7. Experience of taking payments from bookings
8. Experience of sending/receiving contracts and checking of ID

Advantageous but not essential:-
1. Working with suppliers to place orders for linen
2. Communicating with cleaners to ensure all scheduled cleans are booked and checking photos to ensure all apartments are prepared and ready for next guest.
3. Experience/Knowledge with Social Media Marketing
4. Experience/knowledge with SEO
5. Experience/Knowledge in Lead generation - (specific training will be provided)
