We are a fast-growing U.S. based software-oriented company looking for a talented, self-motivated individual to join our programming team. We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager who can work remotely and lives in or near Manila,
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain information technology plans which outline project status individual tasks, milestones, completion
estimates, and resource allocation
• Document all estimates, project statuses, and project completion paperwork and communicate these statuses to our
company stakeholders and our direct partners
• Attend
hours of 7AM CST to 7PM CST
• Implement software life-cycle methodology
• Coordinate roll-out of alpha, beta and production releases
• Inspect projects for quality assurance
• Ensure customer satisfaction through post-project debrief with clients
• Work with the technical team to brainstorm new test ideas for technical projects
Work Environment Requirements and Qualifications:
• A
• Home office or working space with minimal background disturbance
• High-speed, stable internet connection (such as DSL)
• Reliable laptop or desktop computer equipped with Microsoft Office or equivalent compatible Microsoft Office products, such
as Open Office
• High-quality, background noise minimizing headset and microphone
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (especially in the computer science and/or engineering scope)
• Certification in project management preferred
• Computer proficiency in programs such as SharePoint and the Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project is a plus
• Strong SQL queries and HTML skills; familiarity with programming languages a plus
• Decision-making and leadership skills both in our company goals and our partners desires
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Analytical, critical thinking, and self-sufficient problem-solving skills
