REQUIREMENTS:
General knowledge of Skin Care.
Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
Knowledge of Social Media Platforms
Knowledge of Image editing to create Social Media Content (Can be something simple like Canva, Photoshop is a PLUS)
Copywriting is a PLUS
SOCIAL MEDIA:
Post on Instagram,
Ability to create engaging images (even videos) to post on the Social Media
Create Customer engagement, reply to customers comments and
Create out youTube channel and add any and all videos we will receive from influences and customers.
Growing following on all platforms
AMAZON SELLER CENTRAL:
Track new reviews for every product
Reply to all good reviews with a “thank you”
Reply to any bad reviews offering help to get this resolve, turning bad reviews into good reviews.
Responding to Product questions
Alerting us of any complaints that require edits in listings, or ingredients.
Creating Coupons
SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCERS:
Contact any possible influences, and collaborating with them to get photos and videos of the products being used. Repost those photos and videos on our social media. Keep backup (download) them for later use.
MANYCHAT:
Replying to customer questions, as needed.
