Simple Video Editing and Tube Sites Submission for Adult Film Company

I have a job available with a adult film company. It is a very simple and steady job these tasks need to be repeated indefinitely so job security is there.

I even encourage my workers to oursource themselves. I just need someone i can count on to get this done. How ever you do it, it is your choice.

Here is a brief summary of the required actions. If hired i will provide Video training.

TASK I:

You will log into several adult sites that i will give you in a google doc weekly. The list will have the URL with their respective logins. On all these sites you will go to the "Videos: section, and you will download MPEG videos if they are available, if they are some other format like WMV or AVI just use those, but you will have to convert them. I will instruct on how to do that.

The main goal is to create two 5 minute clips per site every day (if there is 10 sites, that would be 20 5 min clips in one day, 100 for the week) but the main thing is always 5 min clips, if you can only download a long movie, you would crop a 5 minute section, if there are several 1-2 minute clips, you would merge a few to create a 5 min clip. ALWAYS 5 MINUTE CLIPS.

If for example you get MPEG1 videos, you will use TMPEG software to crop or merge them to ALWAYS create 5 min videos

If you get ANYTHING else like WMV, AVI, MPEG2, MP4, MOV etc you will user ProCoder to merge or crop to 5 mins, and convert into MPEG1

TASK 2:

You will use the "Logmein" software to log into my mac and upload videos to the adult tubes site "Youporn.com". There is a specific workflow i will record on video so you know were to go on my mac, and how to upload them to Youporn. Before you upload onto youporn, you have to
i-fill an upload form with a title for the video (this has to be "hot" for the average porn surfer)
ii-a description you can copy from our just write it in yourself.
iii-tags that you can copy from our site or i will teach you the ones you can use on the video
iv-The videos for youporn will be already and edited for you to upload.


Required software:
Skype (www.skype.com) so we can communicate daily
Logmein free (www,logmein.com) this is a remote access software you will use to log into my computers
Dropbox free (www.dropbox.com) this is an online harddrive we will use to share files
Gmail account so we can share google docs
TMPEG video editing software (This will be on the dropbox account we will share)
ProCoder video editing software (This will be on the dropbox account we will share)
