I looking to team up with someone who has experience with Teesprings campaigns and can show me ideally evidence of their success by using Facebook as an advertising platform.

You must also be able to have the ability to create simple facebook fan pages for the purposes to cheaper advertising by ghost posting etc. You will also need to possess the ability to split test offers.
