Administration Assistant

Position Description: Full-Time employment with per closed sale bonus and potential overtime pay. Employment to begin on a 3-month trial basis with pay increases monthly. Annual agreement available after the 3rd month.
We are experienced investors and are looking for long term employment relationships. Our staff currently employs other full-time VA’s working with us. B. What went well that day.
C. What did not go well that day (if anything)
D. What you need help with. Pay schedule:
$70 a week US dollars for trial period
$100 US dollars weekly upon completion of trial plus bonuses. Bonuses will be based off conversions and successful closings.
Hours: This is a full-time position. Agents can expect to work a 30 - 40 hour work week. (Overtime pay available if 80 hours are exceeded in a two week period)
