Wholesale coordinator

I need to hire a wholesale manager, someone who is in charge of making calls, making sure constant emails are being sent and followed up with. Making sure the CRM is clean and always up to date.

Responsible for making sure the lead generators and sales reps are doing their job and keeping on them to meet their weekly KPIs. Also responsible for hiring replacement employees if current do not meet their weekly tasks or effort/production falls off.

Responsible for creating and teaching SOPs for all systems within our business model

Must have previous experience within an Amazon business

Must have previous sales experience handling phone calls/ email support with NO HANDHOLDING.

Must have previous experience responsible for other VAs work and keeping effort and production high.
