Job Description
The Talent Development Agency will be responsible for identifying and signing talents to Cheetah Mobile's LiveMe platform to be our Official Broadcasters. We are looking for interested people who have ideas and resources on where to look for broadcasters, or people who can organize and search for broadcasters among students, or professional scouts who want to expand their business.

Responsibilities
- Identify relevant influencers / talents that will be effective official broadcasters or partners on the platform, develop relationships, and sign new talent
- Training based on company training materials and monitoring the performance of broadcasters
- Provide report and analysis on the broadcaster activity (e.g. on how to improve the efficiency of the broadcasters, what problems they are facing, what actions will be held to maximize quantity and quality of the broadcasters, etc)

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills - phone, email, text message, and in person
- Organized and self-motivated
- Energetic and striving to develop in a new and promising area of ??online broadcasting and streaming
- Have a certain contacts database and / or knowledge of online / offline resources on which a potential agency can begin the search for broadcasters
- Experience in sales, personnel management, model scouting and actors is preferred
- In a month the agency needs to find minimum 30 new broadcasters

Conditions
- No basic salary, fee based on bonus payment system
- Work remotely, without the requirements of working hours per day, you only need to provide us the results (results-based)
- For each attracted broadcasters, the agency is paid a fix plus every month, depending on its results, bonuses are paid to both the agency and the streamer (on average, agency could receives $ 3,000 - $10000 per month)
- The opportunity to participate in international events organized by the company for the leaders and agencies
