Project Engineer

JOB SUMMARY

Directly supervises execution of Horizontal and Vertical Projects in accordance with plans and specifications, within budget and time schedule.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

1. Monitors the progress of the construction of projects and ensures that all plans and specifications are strictly adhered to and the work is done in the most efficient manner, within budget and time schedule.

2. Prepares and review programs of works, oversees its progress, and ensures that the plans and specifications are being implemented in the most efficient manner, within budget and time schedule.
3. Conduct joint inspection with the the contractor for the purpose of validating quantities and quality of works for billing preparation purposes.4. Verifies counter check correctness of the billings submitted by the contractors.
5. Responsible for the preparation of as-built plans of storm drainage system and water distribution system of completed subdivision projects for turn over to Property Management Group.6. Responsible for monitoring and preparation of monthly accomplishment reports of projects being handled.
7. Submit report immediately to construction supervisor or department head, any problems that may arise in the implementation of the project so that necessary solutions and actions may be applied immediately to avoid possible large amount of additional expenses.8. Attends departmental meetings to review processes, performance and issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in LAND DEVELOPMENT IS A MUST!
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
