I need Upgrade to see actual info to be completely rebuilt using a comparable Wordpress Theme or a combination of Genesis + Elementor Pro. The current site was custom coded and has a lot of broken areas. It will look the same as the current site. I just need it to have more stable code that doesn't break and is easy to maintain.

I need it to be much easier to maintain, make edits, update blog posts, add new blog posts, etc.

This can be done by choosing a comparable existing Wordpress Theme (that has a visual composer/builder so it’s easy for me to maintain) or by coding the site using a combination of Genesis and Elementor Pro (so that I can easily update the site using the Elementor Pro Builder)

There are also parts of the site that aren't currently working and I will need to have fixed as part of this rebuild project:
- The quiz on the homepage (reached by clicking "Take the Quiz") isn't working/submitting (Captcha error causes it to not go through)
- Sign up forms in right sidebar to “view a recording” are not working on many pages. For example, here's a page where it says "Coming Soon" instead of showing the Sign up Form: Upgrade to see actual info ... Here is an example of a page where it is working: Upgrade to see actual info
- Blog is hard to maintain. To make a new blog post look correct, custom HTML code is necessary. I need it to be really easy to add a new blog post.
- The button “DOWNLOAD A FREE COPY OF DR. KATE’S BOOK!” on the blog page goes to an InfusionSoft page: … Iwant this to stay on Upgrade to see actual info
- Need pop-up on the homepage that goes to the quiz
- Really important: Need entire site to be mobile-responsive

Important Qualifications:
- Must be proficient with WordPress
- Has worked with Genesis / Elementor Pro
- Understands responsive design and can make a site look and work equally well on mobile, tablet, and desktop
- Able to integrate forms with Infusionsoft
- Is comfortable building an entire site from scratch to look exactly like the existing Upgrade to see actual info, but works much better
- Can create pop-ups and use WordPress add-ons as necessary.
- Needs to be built in a development environment.
- Understands SEO enough so that the URLs of the pages don't change (so the SEO ranking isn't affected)
