Job Description
This is a brand new company and a brand new position. I am looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various tasks such as; respond to emails and phone calls, scheduling appointments, making outbound/inbound calls, manage and organize contact lists and keeping Upgrade to see actual info is better if you have some good experience to bring on the table.
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills with a very Friendly and upbeat personality. This position will entail calling people to help them claim for money from us government agencies that they might not be aware existed. You will be responsible for calling and informing them about these funds and also asking for their business to represent them in claiming these funds.
That means you have to be good with the phone and be able to follow up and track massive lists of names with the ability to manage customers well.
THIS IS NOT THE TYPICAL "CALL CENTER" JOB, where you will be having robotic like conversations with people. We encourage friendly conversations over the phone using a very friendly like voice tone. while prospecting.
For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like mojo and dail pad
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimal supervision.

REQUIREMENTS
? Good marketing and communication skills as we will be relying on you for the best practices to use to reach more people.
? Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, good at making both inbound and outbound calls
? Must be very good at following up and tracking data and progress because we handle massive lists of people.
? Must be able to update all social media platforms, like websites, Google and be able to produce content for daily posts.
? Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
? Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
? Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
? Good knowledge of all marketing strategies will be a great advantage. Our business thrives on marketing to the right people constantly.
? Must be comfortable with rejection on a daily basis and talking to random people
? Must have a desktop or laptop with high-speed internet.
? Must be able to work remotely with supervision in a quiet location.
? Must be tech savvy. Must know how to use a smartphone, Google, and other web-based applications that we use. (training provided)
? Must be able to type notes while on the phone with prospects

? High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus.
