Wordpress theme and plugin pro!

I have a web development and hosting company. I specialize in Wordpress, and my customer list is constantly growing and I need help.

I need you to be fluent in Wordpress development, understanding how to create custom functions (so you need good PHP) and work with various plugins.

You don't need to be a designer, I am ok with using paid themes (like from Themeforest), however you need to know how to create a child theme and tweak the design so it looks customized. If you know how to use a framework like Headway or Genesis or Thesis that's great too.

Nice to haves?

Plesk management, on-page SEO, creating a PSD theme, bbpress, BuddyPress, ecommerce (woocommerce is something i've used in the past), SSL, CodeIgniter (some sites I'm changing from CI to WP), domain management.

This is all Wordpress based, so please only apply if you are 100% comfortable with customizing code, not just with the WP dashboard.

I'm going to want you to be able to backup the database and keep all clients' WP software up-to-date.

I have a number of large projects that you'll need to handle efficiently, complex sites that require membership areas, online renewal of membership and donation dues, member-member forums.

Please keep in mind that I will be using this site's "Timeproof" software for at least the first 2 months of employment, and during that time I do plan to pay you weekly when you invoice me.

I potentially see this as part-time turning into full-time, but I have enough work right now that we could start this full-time, we can discuss this if you're the right candidate.
