Telemarketing/ Cold Calling (Only working between 9am-6pm UK hours! Please also confirm salary expectations)
Make sales and market products by phone, make outgoing sales calls and answer incoming customer calls, maintain thorough understanding of products , process sales, meet sales
Make 50-100 outgoing customer calls or cold calls per day in order to sell medical products
Explain product pricing and negotiates bulk or package pricing
Answer questions about product specifications and pricing
Accurately and efficiently enter customer information into company databases for mailing and billing purposes
Maintain a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
Contact customers in response to correspondence or feedback
Maintain working knowledge of products and services sold
Take incoming customer calls, processes sales, for medical products
Upsell customers to larger products, more extensive packages
Assist sales colleagues with arranging meetings and sales calls with customers
Monitor order status to ensure that clients receive orders in a timely manner
Investigate unfilled, misplaced, or misdirected orders and resolves customer issues as necessary
Specialise in inbound or outbound telemarketing

Most importantly PEOPLE PERSON who loves talking to many new people on a daily basis making 50-100 outbound calls
Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
Ms Office etc
