Escrow Officers / Foreclosure Tech for Research Center in Manila by a US-based Real Estate Firm

Core Functions:
- Assist with closing via phone and email in various Ohio cities during the initial stage with potential to expand to other US territories;
- Collaborate with realtors and homebuyers; and,
- Prepare HUD-1 Settlement Statements, Closing Packages and Deeds for legal review.

Ideal candidates must have the following qualifications:
- be a member of the Bar in good standing or paralegal with background in real estate law and with basic working knowledge of title abstracting;
- applicants without education or training in the legal field but can understand complex legal principles will be considered;
- have at least professional working proficiency in the English language (ILR Level 3 or comparable rating scale);
- be technology savvy;
- comfortable utilizing any number or type of CRM and various applications;
- possess the following traits: positive attitude, dependable, organized, creative, upstanding work ethic, analytic, team player, detail- and goal-oriented, flexible.
