Let's start with WHAT's IN IT FOR YOU
Base Monthly Salary P10,000 (paid weekly)
Commission for Each Sale P5,000 (paid weekly)
Monthly Bonus for Exceeding Quotas P50,000 (attainable for diligent sales rep. - paid monthly)
For Star Sales Rep. promotion to Sales Team Leader will be offered within 3-9 months
Home-based (no gas or time lost in commuting)
All weekends off
Responsibilities
Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads
Call about 75 prospects on a daily basis
Maintain database on HubSpot
Do followup necessary and close sales
Communicate prospects product pain points to appropriate department
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects
Meet and/or exceed quotas (bonus attached)
Qualifications
Must be able to work 9am-6pm EST / Monday - Friday (night shift)
Must have a reliable computer and internet connection with a quiet workspace
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
2-4 years of sales experience / telemarketing
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
Ability to overcome objections and capacity to accept rejection in an elegant manner
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated
Integrity and honesty
Strong verbal and written communication skills (Professional Proficiency in English)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of CRM system (HubSpot is a plus)
Respect customer response and diligent in following up in future
