Expert Kijiji and Craigslist Ad Poster

I'm a Canadian entrepreneur with a few businesses, including a mortgage brokerage based out of Canada.

We need to posts ads on Kijiji and Craigslist Canada throughout the day, Eastern Standard Time (EST). We have already written the ads so you don't need to do that.

Ideally, the ads would be posted at three different times in the day: in the morning, at about noon, and in the afternoon at about 5 pm. We need them posted in multiple Upgrade to see actual infon you give me an estimate of about how many ads you are able to post in a one hour period of time?

Also, do you know how to be careful about posting on those sites so we don't get banned and our ads don't get ghosted?
