SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

We help landlords and tenants in Manhattan (NYC) to find roommates and fill extra rooms in their apartments by advertise on their behalf on FB groups and communicate with potential clients, answering their questions and setting up appointments.

Looking for a SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER who can work 4hours a day, 5 days a week, $20 per week to perform responsibilities described below. Option for long term involvement:

Your responsibility:
-Post room advertisement on provided FB groups (upto 10 groups) twice a day. 8am and 12pm
-Communicate with clients who are seeking a room (mostly scripted)
-Qualify clients (move in date, age (below 35), gender (for most rooms females only), no pets)
-Set up appointments for an Open House (a specific time window when clients can come and see the place)
-Create 2 lists QUALIFIED CLIENT LIST (name, FB link, move in day and phone/email) an OPEN HOUSE SCHEDULE ( Location & Date & Time (provided), Name & Contact (from qualified client list))
-Confirm attendance for the Open House
