If you've worked with e-mails and contacting in English, you might be interested in getting a job as a Contact Representative for an overseas company based in Toronto, Canada. We are looking to hire one person.

You will first watch several tutorial videos to get a basic understanding of the job and further, you will be trained in person by our employee who will be your co-worker. She is located in Alaminos, Laguna; you must be able and willing to travel to her for up to the first month of employment or possibly shorter depending on how quickly you can learn, Her shift is from 3am to 11am Manila time and she will train you during other hours, not during her shift. She will train you depending on our employees preferred training schedule, this is something you will discuss with her. When you are fully hired, your shift will be from 7pm to 3 am Manila time.

This job is easy, it requires data entry and emailing with critical thinking skills.

Daily you will be taking care of:

- Checking an advertising platform for new posts from our potential clients
- Replying and contacting selected clients through bulletin board or e-mail (mostly copying and pasting the same message)
- Updating info with selected people
- Reporting daily with a list of tasks done

What we need you to have:

- Good English writing skills
- Good customer service
- Good Internet speed (1MB - 5MB)
- Good computer no older than 5 years old
- Good critical thinking skills/good memory
- Ability to work night shift and early morning (7 PM to 3 AM Manila time)
- From April to October we will require you to work 6 days per week with Tuesdays off, and then November to March five days per week with Saturdays and Sundays off. Off time includes all Filipino Stat Holidays including 2 weeks vacation between November and February; can be two one week vacations or two weeks ---------- your application, please provide your internet speed test results and your computer specifications.

First paid weekly for a period of two months with a review after it and possibility of a longer contract.
