Awesome t-shirt designer

I am currently looking for a shirt designer for various niches. I will need a lot of designs. Therefore I am looking for a new designer who is interested in a long-term activity.

What I need is 20-40 unique designs a week, which results in about ---------- per month. The copyright must be respected. The communication can take place in English. My needs at the moment are high-quality designs (.png file) with 200 dpi and a resolution of 4000 x 4000 pixels. Later also 300dpi and 5400X4500 resolution.

I want you to work as independently as possible and I will only give you ideas for niches later on.
So you should be able to move creatively into all niches.

I want to pay fairly and always punctually every week with Paypal. My bugdet for a design is 1.5 - 2.50 $
