Coupon Card Design

I am creating a coupon card with local companies' coupons on ---------- 's called the "Keep it Local Coupon Card".

I need a skilled graphic design artist to create an attractive card (both front and back). Logos, further direction and card copy will be provided. I don't have a color scheme or branding. I need one design from at least 5 artists.
