A service coordinator finds service providers for my previous customers. Ex: Previous customer of mine has a clogged toilet. You will ask the right questions and have an understanding of the cost, then contact a plumber or other service provider as needed and schedule the service. You will then follow up with customer and service provider and consistently improve your service.

Requirements
1. Must be comfortable and confident on the phone
2. Must be proactive in gaining construction and repair knowledge
3. Minimal accent preferred
