Marketing Assistant
A creative Marketing Assistant is needed to market our services to other business professionals. We are a rapidly growing IT Services firm, based in Gaithersburg, ---------- signing and managing marketing campaigns will be an integral responsibility of this position. Having the ability to recognize good design, eye-catching collateral and writing good content/copy is a must. This individual must have the ability to use our CRM, ConnectWise, along with other Marketing software, to plan and conduct marketing ---------- trics will be used to monitor the success of these campaigns.

The effective Marketing Assistant will create specific strategies, messaging and branding to ensure consistency of our message and target a specific audience

Working closely with the leadership and the sales organization will ensure the success of these campaigns. Marketing campaigns will include:
• Email marketing to generate leads
• Web marketing (updating our websites, creating landing pages)
• Social Media (primarily LinkedIn)
• Mailers – design and distribution
• Online content – blogs, newsletters, webinars
• Seminars – events that include lunch or dinner
• Partner with account managers to define successful KPIs, and produce and deliver successful campaign performance reports

Basic Qualifications
· Bachelors degree in marketing or similar discipline
- Proven work experience in marketing
- Experience with online tracking tools like Google Analytics
- Using LinkedIn to gather leads
· MS Office skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree in Marketing

· Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically
· Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
· Superior verbal and written communication skills as demonstrated by experience
· Passion for online advertising and a track record of delivering outstanding results
· Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for having fun
