We are in the process of hiring an English-speaking, competent and knowledgeable virtual assistant to take responsibility for numerous tasks associated with our e-commerce businesses. Our primary industry is in sporting goods and equipment and will be diversifying as we continue to grow build more stores.

Our ideal candidate is:
- English speaking, clear spoken and easy to understand. All of our clients will be calling from the U.S, and our target demographic might also include people with challenges hearing. As a result, this is a mandatory requirement.

- Be able to communicate efficiently in a timely manner....with clear written and verbal skills.

- High-level experience and knowledge of Shopify and HTML. In many cases, duties will consist of product uploads with HEAVY focus on optimization, basic layout web page layout modifications & updates, and promoting various products and collections on our website.

- Able to be available to receive calls, and answer chat inquiries from our active website visitors. Need to be able to have conversations about our products, and identify opportunities for upsells and other product offerings.

- Be able to handle problems independently and make decisions that are consistent with our business protocol, ensuring that customer service is top-notch.

- Understand how to generate effective reports on a regular and timely basis to our business management team.

- Research current products to properly optimize product uploads. Identify upcoming trends that would be beneficial to know and understand as it pertains to the industry.

- Make suggestions to management about creative ideas and solutions that will assist with business operations and growth.
