Video Editor to create Compilation videos and research viral video content

Hello, we are looking for post-producing video makers to help us create compilations videos from 3-4 short videos for our Youtube Channel (Think about  3 Best Places to Visit in China, Some random funny videos about chickens...) 

Requirements
- Good Editing Skills & Understand the Music and choose a suitable soundtrack for the compilations.
- Provide Quick & Consistent results. We are looking for final results of videos more than 3 minutes from 3 - 4 short videos.
- Fluent in English & Communicate on Skype 
- Good Self-managing skill. We usually work on results, but on strict deadline.
