Lead Generator and Interviewer

I am looking for a person who will find candidates in the United States for an Enterpenaure Mentorship Program. The Person must be able to find and interview candidates to vet and qualify them with prequalify questions before turning them over to me.
The job will pay an hourly rate of $5US for 20 hrs a week for a minimum of 5 qualified leads a week. and will be paid biweekly $200

Qualification:
Good research skills to find leads
Good oral and written communication skills
High Proficiency in English.
Good Customer Services skill.
Good Interviewing Skills.
