Need a website built fast and quickly... The website will be a site which will have the ability to search / crawl other sites and display a return for the user.

Once a NDA is signed more details will be given.

The site should have an admin back end.

I need someone who is very experienced in coding for website and to create a feature rich, nice looking, website.

This needs to be a job, which can be completely quickly.

Requirements:
• Someone who can not only program but who can also do the graphic design
• Someone who has at least 300 hours of web development work
• Someone who has at least 5 stars in web design
• Someone who takes pride in their work and makes polished looking products
• Someone who speaks English well
