Thank you for taking the time to read this Job post for our superb Operations Manager.
Quick Background Info about us:
We are an ecommerce drop-shipping company. We have multiple websites under our management all hosted on the Shopify platform. We have a direct manufacturer that we are working with that ships our products out to our customers worldwide.

As the Operations Manager (OM), you are highly responsible for making the vision happen from the part that says
“Deliver happiness to every human on earth… through our service that resolves and brings joy.”
Essentially you are the backbone of the company to ensure that what we’ve promised in our advertising and products we’ve sold gets delivered to our customers as expected and on time. Without operations, customers are just unhappy. ??

Most companies write job descriptions, but I don’t give them much emphasis or weight. What is valued in our company is a “results description” instead. After all, we’re NOT looking to hire someone just for a “job”. We’re looking to hire someone to produce RESULTS and be accountable to
***Operations Manager MUST Produce these Results:
- Ensure highest “customer satisfaction and retention” and improvement, through managing all departments inside of operations (which includes customer service, order fulfillment, supply chain, social media managing) over next 3-6 months.
- Ensure all
- Systemize and create SOP’s for all positions and processes that are repetitive so that they can be replicated over and over without guesswork, and used to onboard & train new hires.
- Organize all those systems and SOP’s into a resources hub for our entire team and future team mates
- Grow our operations team to a sizable number, to 50-100 people if needed be in the next 3-6 months.
- Assigning team leaders to each department and report key KPIs daily/weekly. because we can't manage what we don't measure.
- Create organization and structure within the teams workflows, accounts, log ins etc.
***Specific Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Proven fluency in English, written and verbal
- The experience and ability to attract, recruit, and retain top talent & employees. Managing up to 50-100 people if needed be.
- Extremely high attention to detail and a “systems thinker”
- Ability to solve problems and anticipate problems before they occur
- Full autonomy after being trained and educated on the tasks
- General familiarity with e-commerce and the drop-shipping business model.
- Familiarity with Trello software and or other project/task management tools
