Digital Marketing Assistant

Actively seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to support personal consultancy. The ideal applicant will bring a high level of attention to detail and will possess excellent skills in written communication, Web development, Paid Ads, and time management skills. The Digital Marketing Assistant will work with Jacent Consulting on a variety of marketing channels including PPC, Social Media, and email marketing.

Primary Responsibilities:

Web Development/Design
- Activate and monitor several WordPress websites
- Follow best practices to attract and convert specified target audiences
- Acknowledge and implement SEO best practices

Paid Advertising
- Using keyword research to determine the best opportunities
- Assist in Designing/developing multiple campaigns and track performance using Google AdWords and Facebook Ads
- Maintain an eye for optimization

General
- Assist in generating and maintaining mailing lists. Suggest changes based on tracked performance data.
- Expand the use of social media platforms. Create relevant and current content appropriate for each platform. Maintain content calendars and schedule posts.


Experience :

- WordPress
- Google AdWords
- Facebook Ads
- Proficiency in Excel
- Email Marketing (preferred but not required)
- Email Automation tools (Mail Chimp etc)

- Ability to show related work samples and results
- Ability to transition between working independently and collaboratively
- Must be detail and results-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated
- Must be able to work effectively to produce quality work by scheduled deadlines
