Requirements:

-Experience using Freshdesk and Zendesk
-Experience searching for profitable products for commerce website.
-Experience in adding and analyzing products in Shopify.

Responsibilities :

-Respond to customer requests in perfect English.
-Respond to all customer inquiries quickly and accurately ( pithing 24 hours)
-Communicate in sla ck daily with our support team.
-Display a hight level of professionalism at all time.
-Searching for 10 products in daily baises.
-Adding 10 to 15 products to our store
