JOB OVERVIEW

1. Manage and reply to customers emails and messages on Amazon and eBay and Walmart. Please only apply for this job if you have experience with customer support for these 3 platforms Amazon eBay Walmart.
**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE SOFTWARE HELPSCOUT***

2. Manage Seller feedback's, contact unhappy customers and follow up for them to remove the feedback's and reviews.

3. Experience in bulk uploads on Amazon and knowledge in excel.
