cold calling

Calling clients from 8am to 12pm and from 5pm to 9pm
need a person who can use zillow, craigslist podio and who can skip trace
i need a person who speaks clear english.
Willing to teach if need be.
Apart time that can lead into full time,I am trying this out to find someone to grow with my company.
