Our company has created the Systems for Outsourcing (SFO) Programme to empower small business owners to work efficiently with Virtual Assistants. Part of the service that we offer is to find and train exceptional VAs to carry out general admin tasks and document our clients’ business processes. Typically our clients start with one part-time VA, but they usually extend this to a full-time position and often end up with multiple VAs in varied and challenging roles.

WHAT IS THE SYSTEMS FOR OUTSOURCING PROGRAMME?

We have built a dedicated task and project management platform specifically designed for working with Virtual Assistants. This purpose-built platform greatly increases the effectiveness of team working and communication. Both you and your employer, i.e. our client, will be trained to use this and we will also be on hand to help you both during the first 6 weeks of your employment.

We are very selective about who we work with. Like you, our clients are hand-picked to ensure they are ready to work with a VA and to do so in a professional way. As a result, we have a growing number of remarkable success stories from our existing clients.

Furthermore, once you are part of the Systems For Outsourcing (SFO) VA Training Academy, we will guarantee to find you work. We take no commission for this service, and you will be employed directly by our clients. To remain in the SFO Training Academy you simply need to receive positive feedback from our clients which we request on a monthly basis.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You need to be able to pay attention to detail and have the ability to follow instructions carefully.

Excellent understanding of spoken English is essential, and you need to be able to write grammatically correct English.

We are looking for people who are enthusiastic learners and who can work accurately. The individual needs to be professional and reliable and have a ‘Can Do Attitude’!

Full paid training will be included to use the SFO Platform and associated applications. You will also be trained to document business processes in a professional, standardised way.


THE VACANCY SPECIFICATIONS

If you are successful in joining the SFO Programme, you will start by assisting with general administration and ad-hoc tasks, that will include the creation of our client’s Operations Manuals (full paid training is provided for doing this).

The SFO VAs usually start on 10-20 hours with a single client. If we receive positive feedback about your work, we will endeavour to find you full-time work, either for one client or a number of our SFO clients.

You do not need to work UK office hours but an overlap of 2-3 hours is preferable.

PAY AND BENEFITS

Expected starting pay rate (full time):Upgrade to see actual infoPHP per hour (depends on the client and specific job role)
You will typically get paid on a Tuesday via PayPal or other payment services
Bonuses paid for exceptional work
Your pay should increase based on the standard of your work and time with your employer
We recommend our clients give bonus days to use as holiday and sick days (for long-term positions)
We advise our clients to pay 13th month as standard (pro-rata)
We encourage our clients to create attractive benefits packages for their staff

Both myself and my business partner are married and have young families. I live in Sweden from where I run my UK based companies with the help of my excellent team of remote workers. Kevin is based in the UK and also relies heavily on VAs to run his businesses.
