PHP Programmer Full Time job

I am looking for a full time web programmer. Must be:
-Expert at PHP
-Expert at Database interaction (mysql)
-Experienced with javascript/ajax
-CSS knowledge
-Responsive quickly
-Trustworthy

Person must be willing to work 40+ hours a week in prep for launching a new site. Must have own computer and internet connection and ability to skype, facetime or dial into conference call.

Prefer Manila area but will accept applications from anywhere. Chance for raises/bonuses/other benefits including travel.
