Looking to hire an Affiliate Marketing Manager for a fast growing Affiliate Marketing Network - work from home

We're looking to hire a hard working Employee who has Affiliate Marketing experience. You must have a reliable internet connection.

Most of your job will be communicating with affiliates VIA Skype helping them set up tracking pixels, Helping them with link tracking issues and providing affiliates with any assistance they may need such as recommending good web traffic sources for their marketing campaigns., Give affiliates stats on the offers that have the best conversions rates ETC. You will also be required to do some Account management work. You will also have affiliates asking you when they will receive pay and you will have to log this into a spreadsheet.

You must have Great English skills be a good communicator and have good people skills along with good grammar and good spelling abilities.

We require you to work 40 hours a week from 10AM to 6PM EST (NEW YORK TIME) Monday through Friday. We could be flexible with those hours if you find it will be hard for you to work these hours, but the most important thing is finding a good employee to build a long lasting healthy relationship with. We are willing to start you off at $600 USD a month and as you gain experience we can pay you upto $1200 a month, Plus we will also give you bonuses on top of your pay on months we feel you have contributed to our numbers going up.
