Video Editor NEEDED! Part Time! (experience required!)

I am looking for an experienced video editor who can do some simple and clean editing for my videos.

I'm looking for someone who can be FAST, effective, and has previous experience EDITING! You must be able to add music, text and resize so that my videos look professional on multiple platforms.

This will be for a specific, short-term project of 4 videos that need to be edited. If the project goes well then there will be an opportunity to work on an ongoing basis.
