Wordpress Website Builder

Looking for someone to help me build out a 1-page wordpress advertorial website. I used EasyWp to set it up and just want someone to help me build out the theme.

I think it would take less than 30 minutes for a skilled WP dev/ builder.

I am going to be building out a lot of these 1 page websites so I am looking for a freelance dev to work with.
