Facebook Ads Manager. Strong Analytical skills required.

We are an underwear retail company based in Miami, USA. We sell underwear for women.
We are looking for the right individual to add to our team.
The main tasks for this job will be:
1. Setting up Facebook Advertisement campaigns
2. Daily monitor of the campaigns performas
3. Creating weekly and Monthly reports
4. Creation of Design arts for the ads
We are looking for someone with a strong analytical skills and a good creative side.
The person should be able to show past successful ad campaigns for US based companies with data that we can analyze with a minimum of 3.00 ROAS success rate.
The person we are looking for should also be Upgrade to see actual info of the last Facebook updates and how these updates affect current ads.
This is a Part time job (between 10 to 20 hours). We are flexible with our hourly USD rate according to the past work you show.
